We have been retained by our client, a private land promotion & investment company business to source a Regional Strategic Land Director.

Based in the South East / South West you will come from a background in Land & Planning and have a sound knowledge and experience of identifying, negotiating and securing sites, making planning applications, and be well versed in s.106 agreements.

It is expected that you will communicate well at all levels internally with the land & planning teams, as well as externally with public bodies, landowners, developers and consultants.

As a an experienced professional you will be able to draw upon your existing and long standing network to identify new opportunities from Land Agents, private and public and private land owners. You should also be comfortable brokering deals to generate opportunities, work alongside internal and external planning teams to explore option agreements, work in partnership with landowners, Councils and local stakeholders to bring land forward for housing in the most efficient manner possible.
