A leading Real Estate Services company is seeking to appoint a Relationship Manager to support Marketing and Business Development function, based in Central London.

The organisation is a one of the largest blue chip, turnkey property companies that have grown impressively as a result of organic growth and acquisitions. The Marketing and Business Development function is responsible for helping to win new business, as well as retain key accounts by delivering a market leading service.

Based out of the London HQ, you will inherit a newly created role with the remit of managing the top 20 key accounts. This is a client facing role which will see you presenting data and analytics to demonstrate the on-going value of the business and its service lines. The client base includes land owners, corporate occupiers and public sector clients to name a few.

The successful candidate will have come from a key account management capacity ideally in the property or professional services sectors. Vital to your success in the role will be your ability to influence the behaviours of stakeholders. Naturally you will be a strong networker with the ability to articulate analytics, whilst juggling multiple relationships.

In return, you will receive a basic salary of c. £55,000 - £70,000 and, as a large, growing and employee organisation, it offers a range of exciting benefits including private healthcare, life assurance and pension to name but a few.
