A South East London based University are seeking an  Facilities Manager to join their in- house facilities department. Reporting to the Head of  Facilities  you would lead and manage the operational day to day delivery of all aspects of soft FM contracted services including security, cleaning and catering.  

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Management of operational performance across their contracted suppliers ensuring adherence to SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Assisting with procurement of new contracts
  • Represent the organisation regarding all security matters with external agencies.
  • Stakeholder engagement

You will possess a significant background in leading the delivery of soft services contracts across a similar area of high public footfall with a focus on delivering high levels of customer service.  In addition to developed leadership ability within a comparable collegiate and collaborative environment you will possess strong commercial and contract management acumen.

This is a good opportunity for professionals currently operating at Facilities Coordinator/Assistant level looking to take a ‘step up’

This is an interim assignment for initially 6 months.
