Job Description

Our client, a best-in-class global Facilities Management company is seeking to appoint a Bid Manager to join the UK proposals team based in Manchester.

Regarded in the industry for providing TFM solutions to large scale projects, they service a range of sectors that include heavy industry, aviation, commercial property and FMCG to name a few. The Proposals team is responsible for producing tender submissions, that help support the business development team in acquiring work for the wider company.

This role reports to the UK Head of Bids and is based out of the Manchester office, the newly created Bid Manager role is seen as the succession plan to the head of department. You will take a leadership role to oversee the production and delivery of quality and efficient bid submissions.  

The successful candidate will have come from a Bid Management background, ideally in the FM sector, however all bid professionals from the built environment will be highly. You will have a firm understanding of managing a bid process from cradle to grave and be proficient in the use of InDesign.


In return, you will receive a basic salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 p.a. and, as a large, growing and employee organisation, it offers a range of exciting benefits.
