Essentia Trading is a unique property consultancy and wholly owned subsidiary of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation. Over the past 5 years they have established themselves globally offering a range of property services from Project, Programme and Cost Management through to Strategic Estate Development for private and public sector organisations spanning  the Healthcare, Science and Education sectors.

The business has an ambitious strategy focused on providing project, programme and cost management services to their specialist sectors and due to continued growth and work won, they are seeking an ambitious and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join the Abingdon project management team.

Working within the project management team in Abingdon, you will either work as part of a project team delivering a variety of capital projects across the Healthcare industry or play a lead project management role on smaller projects up to £2m. Projects are varied and could include new build facilities, working on listed buildings, commercial space as well as high profile technically challenging projects.

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in working for a project management consultancy.  It is expected that you are educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a construction related degree (ie Construction project management, building surveying, quantity surveying). Training and development will be given as well as the opportunity to build a successful career within this growing business.  You will also have the opportunity to follow a Chartered route of your choice such as MRICS or MAPM.
